Originally educated as a geologist (PhD), I have worked in this field and taught for 36 years until retirement. I have been painting full time since 2005 and have held several solo and joint exhibitions. Although living in Iceland for most of my life, I was born and raised in Co. Derry, N. Thank you also Alfons. Yes I like playing around with the light. I am delighted to discover you are also a skier! I started skiing on Atomic skis way back. Great Austrian skis. For many years I have bought Dynastar, as they had skis which suited lighter skiers like me, but this winter I got a great deal on the latest from Head and I am very pleased with them.
